This DC MCCB for Energy Storage System 1500V is specially designed for energy storage systems, compliant with international and national ESS standards. It applies to 1500Vdc battery clusters, PCS DC side, C&I energy storage cabinets and containerized ESS, providing overload, short-circuit protection and high voltage isolation.
It features rated voltage DC1500V, current range 250A–1600A, breaking capacity 25kA–36kA. Built-in thermal-magnetic trip unit ensures fast tripping, perfectly matching ESS charge and discharge working conditions.
With -40℃~+75℃ wide temperature tolerance, flame retardant insulated housing, it operates stably within 2000m altitude, resistant to humidity and extreme temperature, ideal for long-term outdoor and container energy storage use.
Equipped with auxiliary contacts for BMS connection, optional shunt trip for remote control. Available in 2P/3P, easy for installation, wiring and daily maintenance.

Usage environment:
This DC MCCB for Energy Storage System 1500V operates at working temperature from -40℃ to +75℃ and storage temperature from -50℃ to +85℃. It is applicable at altitude up to 2000m with relative humidity ≤95% without condensation or icing. Designed for clean air environment free of corrosive gas, flammable explosive substances and heavy dust, it can be vertically installed in energy storage containers, outdoor ESS stations and commercial industrial cabinets, working reliably under conditions without severe vibration, strong impact and strong electromagnetic interference.

Installation & Operation Instructions
Installation
Check model, voltage and current before installation, ensure good appearance and flexible mechanism. Install vertically with heat dissipation space reserved. Wire strictly by positive and negative polarity, fasten terminals with standard torque and fit insulation cover. Keep environment dry, non-corrosive and without strong vibration.
Operation
Confirm no load fault before closing, push the handle to switch on. Pull the handle to open position for high voltage isolation during maintenance. After tripping, troubleshoot first, reset the handle then re-close.
Safety Notes
Only qualified personnel can operate after power off and discharge. Never live wiring or reverse polarity installation. Avoid long-time overload operation; inspect terminal temperature and clean dust regularly.
