MC4 Diode Connector is an integrated inline solar connector with built-in anti-reverse blocking diode, designed for PV panel string protection and reverse current prevention.
It complies with IEC 62852 standards, supports DC 1000V/1500V and 15A/20A/30A. The connector features IP67 waterproof, UV-resistant and UL94 V-0 flame-retardant PPO housing for long-term outdoor use.
The tinned copper conductor ensures low contact resistance below 0.5mΩ, and insulation resistance reaches ≥500MΩ at DC 500V, providing safe and stable electrical performance.
Adopting standard MC4 male-female structure, it fits 2.5-6mm² solar cables, with stable locking and quick crimping. It can work reliably in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃.

General Installation & Operation Instructions
Safety Warnings
· Do not operate under live voltage. Disconnect DC breaker and cover PV panels before installation.
· Follow the arrow direction (male to female). Reverse connection will cause malfunction.
· Use 2.5–6mm² solar cable and standard MC4 crimping tools.
Installation Steps
· Strip cable insulation to 7–8mm.
· Install nut and waterproof seal onto cable.
· Crimp terminals with MC4 crimping tool.
· Insert terminal into housing until locked with a click.
· Tighten the nut to ensure IP67 protection.
· Connect male and female plugs and check connection.
Operation & Maintenance
· Rated: DC 1000V/1500V, 15A/20A/30A, operating temperature -40℃~+85℃.
· Built-in diode prevents reverse current and hot-spot issues.
