Installation & Operation Instructions
Cable Preparation
Use 2.5mm²–6mm² PV cables. Strip insulation to 12–15mm, keep copper cores neat. Install the locking nut and waterproof seal onto the cable in correct order.

Terminal Crimping
Insert the copper core into the tinned copper terminal. Crimp with a special MC4 crimping tool to ensure firm and reliable connection.

Assemble Connector Housing
Insert the crimped terminal into the male or female housing until it clicks into place. Adjust the seal and tighten the locking nut for waterproofing.

Male-Female Connection & Inspection
Align polarity correctly, plug male and female connectors together until locked. Check connection stability and conductivity with a multimeter.

Disassembly
Disconnect voltage and cover panels first. Press the release buckle with a special tool and pull out gently. Do not twist or force pull.
