1. Installation

• Power off the circuit completely before installation to ensure safe operation.
• Confirm the voltmeter's measuring range, voltage level and accuracy class match your system requirements.
• Cut a standard panel opening according to the model (48×48mm / 72×72mm / 96×96mm), insert the meter and fix it firmly with mounting clips.
• Mount the meter vertically, away from strong magnetic fields, heat sources and heavy vibration areas.
• Connect the meter terminals to the measured circuit correctly, following polarity marks and wiring diagrams.

2. Operation

• Before power-on, check that all wiring is secure and the pointer points to zero. If not, adjust the zero screw on the front slightly.
• Switch on the power; the pointer will immediately indicate the real-time voltage value.
• Read the scale directly according to the selected voltage range for accurate measurement.
• Monitor the pointer continuously to detect abnormal voltage fluctuations or overload conditions.
• Do not open the meter case while powered on; avoid collision or strong vibration during use.

3. Maintenance

• Regularly inspect the appearance, dial and housing for damage, dust or dirt.
• Clean the surface with a dry soft cloth; do not use corrosive or chemical cleaners.
• Check terminal connections periodically to keep them tight and free of oxidation.
• Re-calibrate the zero position if the pointer drifts during long-term use.
• Store the meter in a dry, ventilated environment away from moisture and direct sunlight.
