Product Overview
The HH15/QSA series is designed for AC 50Hz low-voltage distribution circuits with rated voltage up to 660V and rated current up to 3150A. It is used for switching normal loads, disconnecting overload current and providing isolation when the device is in the open position.
By combining a manual switch structure with fuse protection, the product helps electrical panels achieve visible isolation and short-circuit protection in one compact assembly. In short-circuit conditions, the fuse element interrupts the fault current, supporting safer operation and maintenance of power distribution equipment.

Normal Working Conditions
- Ambient air temperature should not exceed +40C, with 24-hour average not exceeding +35C.
- Minimum ambient temperature is -5C under normal conditions; special low-temperature use should be confirmed before ordering.
- Installation altitude should not exceed 2000m.
- Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40C; higher humidity is allowed at lower temperature with condensation prevention.
- The installation environment should match pollution degree 3 requirements.
Application Areas
- Low-voltage distribution cabinets and switchboards
- Main incoming and outgoing feeder protection
- Motor, transformer and branch circuit isolation positions
- Industrial power distribution and maintenance isolation circuits
- Commercial building low-voltage electrical systems
- Electrical panels requiring integrated fuse protection and visible isolation
Installation and Selection Notes
Select the device according to rated voltage, rated current, fuse size, number of poles, auxiliary-contact requirement and installation category. The fuse link must be matched to the protected circuit so that overload and short-circuit protection coordination is maintained.
- Confirm the prospective short-circuit current and fuse breaking capacity before selection.
- Choose the correct pole configuration and auxiliary contact quantity according to the cabinet control design.
- Verify operating handle clearance and mounting dimensions before panel production.
- Installation and maintenance should be carried out by qualified electrical personnel.
Why Choose the HH15/QSA Series
The HH15/QSA series gives panel builders a practical solution for load switching, fuse-based short-circuit protection and isolation in one device. It is suitable for low-voltage projects where dependable manual operation, clear circuit separation and compact protection design are all important.
