Product Overview

The LDO2-63 Digital Over Under Voltage Protector is a compact single-phase protection device designed for AC 230V low-voltage distribution circuits. It continuously monitors the real-time supply voltage, current and operating status of the connected circuit, then disconnects the load when abnormal voltage, overcurrent or leakage conditions exceed the preset threshold. After the voltage returns to a safe range and the restart delay time is completed, the protector can automatically restore power, helping reduce equipment downtime while preventing repeated start-stop damage caused by unstable grids.

With a digital display, adjustable protection parameters and DIN rail installation, this product is suitable for household distribution boxes, small commercial panels, rental properties, shops, office equipment circuits, small pumps, lighting systems and other single-phase electrical loads. Compared with a simple mechanical voltage protector, the digital design makes settings more visible and easier to verify during installation, commissioning and maintenance. For buyers looking for a practical overvoltage and undervoltage protection solution with current monitoring and time-delay recovery, the LDO2-63 offers a reliable and space-saving option for modern power distribution projects.

Recommended Applications

  • Home distribution boxes and apartment electrical panels.
  • Shops, offices, rental housing and small commercial circuits.
  • Single-phase equipment circuits that require voltage and current protection.
  • Lighting, pumps, controllers, refrigeration equipment and small motor loads.
  • Projects where digital monitoring and adjustable voltage protection are preferred.

Installation and Use

Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician after the upstream power supply has been disconnected. Mount the protector on a standard DIN rail inside a dry electrical enclosure. Confirm that the incoming and outgoing conductors are wired according to the terminal marks, and tighten all terminal screws securely to prevent overheating caused by loose contact. After wiring, energize the circuit and check whether the display, voltage reading and current reading are normal before connecting important loads.

During commissioning, set the overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, leakage, trip delay and reset delay values according to the actual load condition. Avoid setting the protection threshold too close to normal voltage fluctuation, otherwise unnecessary tripping may occur. When the protector disconnects due to abnormal voltage or current, first confirm the cause of the fault before repeated re-energizing.

Maintenance and Selection Notes

Check the display, wiring terminals and product housing regularly. If the display is abnormal, the housing is damaged, or the protector trips frequently without a clear reason, disconnect the power and inspect the circuit. Selection should be based on the rated current of the protected load, the expected grid fluctuation range and the required restart delay. The LDO2-63 is designed for single-phase AC protection and should not be used beyond its rated voltage, current or environmental limits.
