This Solar ATS PV Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch is specially designed for AC230V/400V (50/60Hz) solar grid-tie/off-grid systems, enabling intelligent automatic switching between PV and grid power to ensure uninterrupted power supply. With PC-grade isolated contacts and dual mechanical & electrical interlocks, it achieves ultra-fast transfer (≤100ms) and completely eliminates the risk of parallel short-circuit between two power sources. Built-in full-range monitoring for over-voltage, under-voltage, phase loss and phase break, it automatically switches to backup power when main source fails, and smoothly transfers back after recovery with delay to protect inverters and loads.

Usage environment:
This solar ATS automatic transfer switch is suitable for dry and well-ventilated indoor environments with an ambient temperature of -25℃ to +70℃ and relative humidity ≤95% without condensation. It shall be installed in places free from strong vibration, corrosive gas, flammable and explosive dust, away from direct sunlight and rain.
Applicable altitude is below 2000m, with grid frequency 50/60Hz and voltage AC230V/400V. It can be widely used in residential PV systems, commercial PV power stations and power distribution systems to ensure stable and safe operation.

Installation & Operation Instructions
1. Installation Conditions
The product is for indoor dry & ventilated use only, not for outdoor, rainy or direct sunlight environment.
· Ambient temperature: -25℃～+70℃, humidity ≤95% non-condensing, no corrosive gas or dust.
· No strong vibration nearby, installation altitude ≤2000m.
· Must be installed by a qualified electrician; disconnect all power before wiring.
2. Installation & Wiring
· Connect correctly as marked: Source A for PV power, Source B for grid/backup power, Load for output.
· Follow phase sequence strictly; ensure correct connection of phase and neutral wires.
· Tighten all terminals securely to avoid overheating; ground the shell reliably.
· Can be fixed by DIN rail or screws with enough space for heat dissipation.
3. Operation Instructions
· Turn on control power, set switch to AUTO mode for automatic detection.
· The load uses main power normally; switches to backup power automatically on failure.
· When main power recovers, the device transfers back with delay to protect loads.
· For maintenance, switch to MANUAL mode and operate the handle manually.
· Check working status and power condition via LED indicators.
4. Safety Notes
· Do not disassemble or wire with power on to avoid electric shock.
· Do not modify internal settings or wiring without permission.
· Cut off power immediately if overheating, noise or fault occurs.
· Inspect connections regularly to ensure stable performance.
