Product Overview
The DIN rail dual power automatic transfer switch is designed to switch between normal power and backup power when the primary supply fails. It helps maintain continuous operation for equipment and distribution circuits where power interruption should be minimized.
As a Rail mounted Dual power switch, this ATS combines a transfer switching device and controller in a compact rail-mounted structure. It can be installed vertically in control cabinets, distribution cabinets, and PZ30 distribution boxes, supporting both automatic and manual operation for flexible power management.
Key Features
- Automatic transfer between normal and backup power when the normal supply fails.
- DIN rail mounting design for compact installation in distribution boxes and control cabinets.
- Fast switching performance with contactor switching, operation conversion, return conversion, and power-off time below 50ms.
- Multiple current ratings from 16A to 63A for common low-voltage distribution applications.
- 2P, 3P, and 4P pole options to match different circuit configurations.
- Supports AC220V or AC110V rated control voltage with normal operation from 85%Us to 110%Us.
- Manual and automatic operating modes for commissioning, inspection, and emergency use.

ReRecommended Applications
This automatic transfer switch is suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hz distribution and generator networks where standby power switching is required.
- Residential and commercial distribution boxes
- PZ30 distribution boxes and DIN rail electrical panels
- Small generator backup power systems
- Control cabinets and low-voltage distribution cabinets
- Equipment power circuits that require normal and standby power switching
- Lighting, security, communication, and small facility backup power applications
Operation and Maintenance Notes
- Use automatic mode for normal operating conditions; manual operation is mainly for inspection, maintenance, or special operating needs.
- Before installation and wiring, confirm product integrity and operate the handle to check mechanical flexibility.
- Control circuit voltage should be AC220V or AC110V, and copper wire cross-section should not be greater than 2.0mm2 for the control circuit.
- Appropriate circuit breakers should be installed according to power distribution system requirements.
- Maintenance and inspection should be performed by qualified professionals after all power supplies are disconnected.
- First maintenance is recommended within 6 months after use, and inspection should be carried out at least once per year.
Model Selection Notes
When selecting the correct model, confirm the rated current, pole number, control voltage, normal and standby power type, distribution box layout, backup power source, and required operation mode. For generator backup systems, also confirm voltage stability and the transfer logic required by the project.
