Harmonic Meter

This Multi-function Harmonic Multi-Tariff Meter is a professional, panel-mounted power monitoring instrument designed for industrial power distribution, energy management, and power quality analysis. It integrates true-RMS measurement, 1–31st harmonic detection, multi-period time-of-use tariff metering, and digital communication in one compact device.
It supports 3-phase 3-wire and 3-phase 4-wire systems, with rated voltage options including 57.7/100V, 220/380V, 400/690V, 500/866V and rated current 1A/5A. Delivering 0.5% high accuracy for voltage, current, power, and power factor, plus 1% active energy and 2% reactive energy accuracy, it ensures reliable data for energy billing and system optimization.

This multi-function harmonic multi-tariff meter is widely used in stable and reliable power monitoring scenarios. It supports indoor, dry, ventilated, non-corrosive gas working environments and is suitable for industrial power distribution systems, intelligent power grids, power distribution cabinets, switch-gear, building power management, factory energy monitoring, and commercial power metering systems.

1.Installation

• Mount the meter securely in a distribution cabinet, ensuring good ventilation and no strong vibration.
• Connect working power: AC220V or AC85–270V / DC100–300V.
• Wire voltage and current signals correctly via transformers; set PT and CT ratios in the menu.
• Connect RS485 communication cables (A+, B–) and pulse / IO terminals as needed.
• Confirm all wiring before powering on the device.

2.Operation & Maintenance

• Power on the meter; it automatically enters the real-time measurement interface.
• Use left/right keys to switch parameter pages: voltage, current, power, harmonics, energy, etc.
• Press the multi-function key to enter the password page (default: 0001) for menu settings.
• Set system parameters, communication address, baud rate, tariff periods, and alarm values in the menu.
• Press the confirm key to save settings; the meter returns to the display interface automatically.
• View MAX/MIN values, harmonic data (1–31st), and multi-tariff energy directly on the LCD screen.
• The device auto-returns to the display page if no operation within 60 seconds.
