Product Overview
Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters are advanced electrical safety devices designed to identify dangerous arc faults that may not be detected by traditional overcurrent protection. In low-voltage terminal distribution circuits, poor contact, aged wiring, loose terminals, damaged insulation, or hidden cable defects may generate ground arc faults, parallel arc faults, or series arc faults. Because the fault current can be lower than the trip threshold of a standard circuit breaker, the risk may remain unnoticed until heat buildup causes a fire hazard. This product is engineered to monitor the connected line, detect abnormal arcing behavior, and trip the circuit quickly to reduce the possibility of electrical fire.
The device is suitable for AC 230V, 50Hz circuits with rated current up to 63A. It is recommended for electrical lines with a total load not exceeding 10kW and a protected line length not greater than 100 meters. With modular 1P, 2P, 3P, and 4P options, 35mm DIN rail mounting, IP20 protection, and C-curve tripping characteristics, it is a practical solution for residential, commercial, public, and light industrial distribution systems. The product follows GB/T 31143-2014 and IEC62602 requirements, making it suitable for projects that require reliable arc fault protection and documented safety performance.

Recommended Applications
These Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters are especially valuable in buildings where electrical fire prevention and continuous circuit safety are priorities. They can be used in homes, offices, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, airports, large supermarkets, department stores, warehouses, textile factories, oil depots, refineries, entertainment venues, and distribution boxes for public or industrial buildings. For OEM electrical panel projects, the product can be selected as a terminal protective device to improve safety management in branch circuits.
Installation and Use
Installation and wiring should be completed by qualified electrical personnel. Before installation, disconnect the upstream power supply and verify that the circuit is de-energized. Mount the device on a standard 35mm DIN rail and follow the wiring diagram printed on the product. Terminals must be tightened firmly to avoid loose contact, overheating, and additional arc risk. The wiring direction should be checked carefully, especially the neutral and live line arrangement specified on the product.
After installation, the test button should be used to verify protection performance. During normal operation, the green indicator is on and the red indicator is off. When the test button is pressed in the energized state, the device should trip. If it does not trip, the product should not be used and must be replaced or inspected. For long-term operation, it is recommended to test the protection function once every month.
Maintenance and Selection Notes
The leakage, overload, and internal protection parameters are set by the manufacturer and should not be adjusted by opening the rear cover. Arc fault protection sensitivity may be configured according to the load type. The factory default setting is suitable for lighting circuits; loads such as fans, air conditioners, electric drills, or other equipment with special operating characteristics may require appropriate protection value adjustment by trained personnel.
If the breaker trips due to arc faults, poor contact, damaged wiring, leakage, overcurrent, overload, or short circuit, the cause must be found and eliminated before the handle is returned to the ON position. This product does not protect against electric shock caused by simultaneously touching two conductors of the protected circuit.
